According to the decision of the Federal Council of 12 August 2020, the Swiss Economic Forum may be held with 1000 participants. The responsibility lies with the organizers and the individual participants. We take this very seriously. The safety and health protection of all participants is central.
We rely on a comprehensive protection concept which goes further than the necessary recommendations of the FOPH and the canton. The concept comprises three dimensions:

CLEANING AND DISINFECTIONWe place disinfectant dispensers at the most important points in the premises. Surfaces that are regularly touched (e.g. counters, tables, handrails, touch screens) are cleaned more intensively. |

SUFFICIENT VENTILATIONOur congress centres are equipped with the most modern ventilation systems, which enable separate exhaust and exhaust air control. |

MASK OBLIGATION & RECOMMENDATIONWearing a mask is mandatory in the auditorium as well as in the breakout session rooms. Guests who do not have their own masks will be provided with one. To protect all guests, we recommend wearing a mask if the minimum distances are not observed. |

HYGIENE IN SANITARY FACILITIESThe sanitary facilities of the congress centres are cleaned at high frequency. Hand washing and disinfection facilities are provided at sufficient intervals. |

DESINFECTIONWe provide all participants with a disinfectant (small bottle). Sufficient disinfectant will be provided in the common area, the toilet facilities and on the partner stands. |

NO-HANDSHAKE POLICYPhysical contact and shaking hands should be avoided. |

PARTICIPANT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS ON THE EVENT SITEBy registering online, we can always keep an eye on the number of visitors and ensure that the minimum distance of 1.5 metres can always be maintained. |

GENEROUSLY PROPORTIONED SPACEThe spaciousness of the indoor and outdoor areas allows for networking and exchange of ideas while maintaining minimum distances. |

SEATINGTo protect all participants we will adjust the seating and the number of seats. Standing room is not available. Where necessary, we will determine separate entrances and exits. |
FULL REGISTRATION OF ALL PARTICIPANTSAll guests are already registered in advance. In this way we ensure that contact tracing can be carried out easily in case of a corona infection. We register: name, first name, place of residence, e-mail and telephone number. |

TEMPERATURE CHECKSThanks to hi-tech fever meters, we can detect people with elevated temperatures at the entrance. These persons are not allowed to participate in the event. |

TRACING APPGuests are asked to download and activate the SwissCovid app. In addition, the RFID tracking allows a subsequent tracking of possible cases of infection. |
GASTRONOMYOur gastronomy partners work according to the highest standards of hygiene and comply with the specifications of GastroSuisse, which are relevant to event gastronomy and meet the legal requirements. |

MEDICAL SERVICEQualified medical care is available on site at all times. We have both doctors and medical staff on duty. |
